Stratum mining support

A few days ago we added support for Stratum mining to the pool. Stratum is a new mining protocol that allows to reduce bandwidth usage and maximize network efficiency, therefore minimizing stale and invalid shares.

Most users who use a recent version of cgminer have already switched to the new protocol automatically. Miners who use a version older than 2.10.3 are strongly encouraged to upgrade.

cpuminer and Reaper do not currently support Stratum, but you can still take advantage of the new protocol by using a proxy. Instructions on how to do so are available at the bottom of our help page.
